By accessing or purchasing from LunarPlugins, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

All plugins sold by LunarPlugins are licensed, not sold. Upon purchase you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the plugin on a single Minecraft server.

You may not redistribute, resell, lease, sublicence, or otherwise transfer the plugin or your licence to any third party.

Decompiling, reverse-engineering, or modifying the plugin beyond configuration is strictly prohibited unless written permission has been granted by LunarPlugins.

All purchases are final unless they qualify under our Refund Policy. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product at any time.

Purchases include free lifetime updates for the plugin version purchased. LunarPlugins reserves the right to introduce new products or tiers separately from existing purchases.

You agree not to use our plugins to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harm, harass, or defraud other users or server players
• Distribute malware or exploit server vulnerabilities
• Violate Mojang's Terms of Service or Minecraft EULA

Our plugins are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. LunarPlugins does not guarantee that plugins will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for data loss, server downtime, or damages arising from the use of our products.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LunarPlugins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

LunarPlugins reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
