Refund Policy

How Refunds Work
Refunds at LunarPlugins are not automatic. All refund requests must be submitted and discussed through a support ticket in our Discord server. We do not process refund requests via email, DMs, or any other channel.
Once a ticket is opened, our team will review your case, attempt to resolve any issues, and determine eligibility based on the rules below.
Eligible for a Refund
Technical issue on our end
If the plugin has a critical bug or is fundamentally broken due to a fault on our side, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund.
Plugin doesn't match its description
If the plugin clearly does not perform the features listed on its store page and we cannot address the discrepancy, a refund will be granted.
Duplicate purchase
If you accidentally purchased the same plugin twice, contact us within 48 hours and we will refund the duplicate charge.
Purchase within 48 hours
Refund requests submitted within 48 hours of purchase are considered on a case-by-case basis, provided the plugin has not been actively used on a live server.
Not Eligible for a Refund
Change of mind
We do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind or no longer need the plugin. Please review the store page carefully before purchasing.
Incompatibility caused by third-party plugins
If the plugin conflicts with another plugin on your server that is not maintained by LunarPlugins, this does not qualify for a refund. Our support team can assist in diagnosing compatibility issues.
Server misconfiguration
Refunds will not be granted if the issue is caused by incorrect server setup, unsupported server software, or failure to follow the installation guide.
Requests outside the ticket system
Any refund request made outside of an official Discord support ticket will not be considered, regardless of the reason.
Requests after 30 days
Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date will not be accepted under any circumstance.

Support comes first
Before a refund is considered, our team will always attempt to resolve your issue. Most problems can be fixed quickly — open a ticket and give us a chance to help.
Abuse of the refund system
Repeatedly purchasing and refunding plugins, or providing false information in a ticket, will result in a permanent ban from LunarPlugins.
How to Open a Refund Ticket
- Join our Discord server.
- Navigate to the #support channel and open a ticket.
- Select Refund Request as the ticket type.
- Provide your order details and a clear description of the issue.
- A team member will respond and guide you through the process.
